I learned a lot of new things

I learned a lot of new things during the course. I really liked the videos, where the content was explained briefly, summarizing what was in the PDFs. It was also fun to take the quiz at the end of the course. However, I think I would have enjoyed it even more if there were more practical exercises included.

Module 1 - 3

Module 1 was a bit challenging, and I couldn't connect. The next two modules I could engage in and connect with. I'm looking forward to the next modules

Forest therapy course

I absolutely love this course! I have always been aware of the benefits of having plants and nature indoors and outdoors but now I have so much more information. I love that they provide both scientific proof and energetic properties. This course is packed with information and has inspired me to learn more.

Sylvotherapy Practioner Course

This online course has a substantial amount of information compared to many other online courses I have taken throughout the years.
