I was very happy with the Sylvotherapy course and the content. I achieved my certification today and I am very excited to venture out and expand on my knowledge. The course gave me the confidence to continue on a path that brings me closer to nature.

Harder than expected.

Trying to learn this program and go through the exercises myself. I see the benefit of doing the exercises themselves, but for me, it makes it difficult to understand the material while attempting to complete the program itself.
