I took my time with this course, it was easy to understand and easy to apply to myself, which I did at every step. Not only have i come out feeling confident in my new found knowledge, but the practice of applying it to myself has made me confident in wanting to try it with clients.

Sylvotherapy

Much of what is stated in the modules is information I have experienced or learned over the years as I travel worldwide. I currently live in Japan and have had many experiences with shamans and spiritual persons. As a child in England playing in the Forest was a daily activity until about 14 years old. I am a very outdoor type person however due to business and the need to be close to the City, for the past 10 years or so, I have spent little time in the forest. This is a great review and as I approach my 61st birthday, I want to be closer to nature and more relaxed. I look forward to moving to Kumamoto Prefecture Japan in January to begin my new experience with Nature.

I’ve learned a lot and have partnered the classes with a book about sylvotherapy. I can’t wait to offer sessions in conjunction with our nutrition and workout classes after the new year

Thank you for including such a diverse program, with information around spirituality, engaging all the senses, the science behind some of the benefits to sylvotherapy, etc. It would be helpful to have a couple videos throughout some of the Modules, just as another visual way to take in all the great informationa and content.
