This course covers the basics needed to understand the essentials of what it means to get into biohacking. As an introductory course, this was very good. But further education is needed in order for someone to consider themselves a coach or practitioner.

I’ve just completed the Biohacking course and can honestly say it exceeded my expectations. The content was practical, evidence-based, and incredibly well structured, making complex concepts easy to understand and apply straight away. What I loved most were the case studies that put what I was learning into practical situations. The course challenged the way I think about my body and health, and I’ve already started implementing changes that have made a noticeable difference. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to optimise their health, performance, and longevity in a smart, balanced way.

course was amazing and in great depth with detail, very informative and made easy to learn by the short test at the end of each model which helps to ensure the information has been absorbed. highly reccomend to others who want to take their health knowledge to optimal levels.

It has a lot of detailed information. I have read a lot of biohacking books and some of the info has been review. There are some lessons that does stretch you to think more about how to utilize the practices.

The course was ok but i really felt the information could have included videos, diagrams and other formats to make the course interesting. The modules all look the same and found i lost interest at times. I also misunderstood that there would be interaction with a tutor and other people who are interested in the same field, but the forums didnt really cover biohacking. On a positive note, i learnt some good information and happy to add this certificate to my list
