The earlier Academy themes examine the foundations that make the program more useful: positioning, pricing, session quality and visibility. Newer practitioners can establish those foundations, while experienced practitioners can reconsider them at greater depth before applying the program.

Frequently asked questions
I have already completed one of your courses. Is this more of the same?
No. Our courses teach particular subjects and ways of working. The Academy creates regular space to examine how you practice: the clients, the money, the visibility, the difficult decisions and the way your work develops over time.
Do I have to use Holistico?
No. Nothing in The Academy depends on the platform you use. If you already have a booking system you like, keep it. Holistico is included as an optional practical tool and can be removed at any time.
What happens to Holistico after six months?
You choose. Keep it for an additional $10 per month or remove it and continue with The Academy alone. Nothing becomes chargeable without your approval.
What if I cannot attend live?
Each session is recorded and added to the member library. Where possible, live sessions will also run at different times to accommodate members in different regions.
Does The Academy replace professional supervision?
No. The Academy complements professional supervision but does not replace it. It is not a substitute for any supervision required by your role, professional body or local rules.
Is it suitable for regulated professionals?
The Academy is designed for practitioners across the helping professions. If you are regulated, your participation and the way you apply the material remain subject to your professional rules and local jurisdiction.
Does membership qualify me to practice?
No. The Academy is professional development for people working or training in their field. It is not a qualification to practice.
What happens to recordings, manuals and courses if I cancel?
Access to recordings, manuals and the community ends at the end of your paid period. Manuals you have already downloaded stay yours. The Client Attraction program, once unlocked, stays in your account.
Can I get a refund?
Annual memberships have a 30-day money-back guarantee, as our courses do. After 30 days there are no partial refunds, and a refund closes the membership. Monthly memberships are cancel-at-any-time and are not refunded; your access simply continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
Is it relevant to my modality?
The Academy focuses on questions shared across helping professions: how to charge, how to be found, how to handle difficult client work and how to keep developing. The modality changes. Many of the questions do not.
I have been practicing for twenty years. Is this for beginners?
It is for practitioners at different stages. Some questions change as experience grows. Pricing, professional identity, boundaries and sustainability may need to be reconsidered several times over a career.
Why is the Client Attraction program released after five months?
The first five themes examine positioning, pricing, session quality and visibility. Releasing Client Attraction afterward gives members time to consider those foundations before applying the program.
What if it is not for me?
Cancel directly from your account. There is no notice period, conversation or reason required.
You care about your work. Make room for your own development.
There will always be another client to prepare for and another task to finish. Your own development deserves a place in the calendar, too.
