Overall Review about CBT

CBT generally highlights the main methodologies used in coaching. However throughout these modules, I found them quite repetitive in great amount, and the case studies are not demonstrating the actual life experience for the client-coach.

Very comprehensive course!

Just finished my second course via the site. I have three more on deck and ready to go! I am using these courses for my own personal development and as I transition from employee to retired entrepreneur. I love the format.
