This course does have a lot of good information. I should have done more research on it as I would have liked a less new age approach and something more balanced. I have gleaned good information and weeded out the new age references.

Much like explained in the course I decided on taking this course to help others who like me, suffer through grief and loss of a child. I started this course as living in a small town, we have nothing like this. My mom and I did a grief session a few years ago when my grandma passed away, and it really helped me. I was having a horrible time with my grandmas passing as we were so close. So taking this course, is my way of helping someone through their loss like I was helped.

Such an interesting course - really very informative and well thought out. There was repetition which is exactly what is needed in order for the information to consolidate itself in your mind. It is a hard topic to navigate in life and it not only gave me some insight into how I grieve and have grieved, it taught me how people during the ages have grieved and how the process has progressed to be inclusive of all styles of grief and loss.
