Menopause Coaching Certificate Course

This course covered all aspects of menopause from physiological to psychological aspects of this transition. The information is evidence based and in-depth followed by modules that establishes a clear plan on how to integrate this information into a coaching business. As a Registered Nurse I already had the basic foundation of the menopause transition but wanted a well organized course that covered coaching assessment, creating a personalized plan of care and evaluating patient results using validated tools. There are plenty of reliable resources and lists on various menopause associations that are available to access evidence based research. The value for the course is worth the cost.

The course has a lot of information. The information is a little redundant. I would like more information on how to get this coaching business up and running. How to structure each one on one session-with everything ready togo, templates for everything that is needed to have a successful business, how to determine pricing. It feels overwhelming trying to figure out how to start and to put one's own program together when you haven't done coaching like this before.

Wow! I learned so much about how to support Menopausal women. This course was very detailed with a good mix of research, scenarios, case studies, and practitioner activities. A lot of effort went into the design of this course. One of my favorite modules was the Group Coaching section. So many cool ideas to effectively lead a Menopause group session.
