This was a great course for anyone that has a passion for the ocean environments, and want to help others or themselves in many ways such as, reducing stress and trauma, mental health, skin issues, musculoskeletal problems, grief, strengthening creativity, the self connectedness to the ocean, and so much more.

Il corso di Ocean Therapy è stata un’esperienza davvero significativa e trasformativa. Ho apprezzato molto il modo in cui i contenuti riescono a unire aspetti teorici e pratici, offrendo una visione profonda del rapporto tra natura, emozioni e benessere psicologico. In particolare, ho trovato molto interessante l’approccio simbolico e sensoriale legato all’oceano, che aiuta a comprendere meglio i propri stati interiori in modo semplice ma potente.
