This has been very helpful. I thought I knew everything about self-esteem and self-confidence, but this session made me see that I really didn't know the skills to move people through their limiting beliefs etc so they can experience these concepts. Thank you for this.

Nice Value To Money

The Positive Psychology Coach Certification Program is quite informative. However, it doesn't offer video lessons which may become difficult for visual learners. These are the essential areas of improvement.
