Feelings Initially, I felt a bit overwhelmed and skeptical about adding more to my plate. But as I worked through the material — particularly the case study with Dr. Shah and Elliot — I noticed a shift. I started feeling seen, validated, and inspired. There’s a mix of relief, curiosity, and a quiet motivation growing. I feel like I’m finally giving myself permission to value my growth as much as I do my clients’. 3. Evaluation Some parts of the course have been deeply affirming — especially those that normalize professional fatigue in emotionally intensive roles. The reflective tools, like Gibbs' model and the structured self-care plans, gave me clear steps instead of vague suggestions. However, I’ve noticed that old habits — like letting client needs override my boundaries — still creep in. That’s something I want to keep working on. 4.
