theoretical introduction only
My expectations were way too high on these courses. There were no links to Resources, the quizes during each module were framed at those that have already learned the content and I've successfully completed the course without feeling like I have any actual tools to begin. This is no more than an AI derived (perhaps also even recorded) collection of information. BUT also a really great way to introduce yourself to the subject.

This is a great overview of somatic coaching. I would have loved visual examples of the techniques explained.

Good introductory Course
This course is a good basic overview of somatic coaching. If you want to be more specialised you can go into one of the many somatic options. I feel confident adding this to my Life Coaching practice and helping my clients with their chronic stress and pain. As with all courses, the more you put in with doing the exercises and homework the more confident you can feel applying this into your coaching practice.

Thank you for this opportunity for certification. I believe the program could be more robust if there were more actual principles and ideas in detail instead of saying to do this or that. However, the program is succinct and provides a framework. Thank you
