Worth Every Penny! Detail and Concise Course

I wasn't sure of what to expect in taking this course, but after reading and studying Forest Therapy I feel like I have the knowledge and skills to go forward and lead sessions. Broke the modules up over three days. Being a professional Botanist, Many of the scientific principles were understood, but the spriritual and practical techniques helped me understand how to conduct a Sylvotherapy session

Fact Check

While informative, there were a number of concerning errors or misleading statements which I felt took away from the authenticity of the training. Overstating and overselling are not necessary when there are so many legitimate studies and proven benefits to discuss.
