Worth Every Penny! Detail and Concise Course

I wasn't sure of what to expect in taking this course, but after reading and studying Forest Therapy I feel like I have the knowledge and skills to go forward and lead sessions. I was impressed with the amount of course detail and hours spent on the curriculum. I feel like I have the knowledge and details to talk about Forest Therapy with confidence. I am so happy I took this online course.

I enjoyed the course immensely, I appreciated that you can print out the course as well as follow along online with audio. also, it took me over a year to complete because of my busy schedule, so i appreciated that i could come back anytime.

fun and informative

Broke the modules up over three days. Being a professional Botanist, Many of the scientific principles were understood, but the spriritual and practical techniques helped me understand how to conduct a Sylvotherapy session

Fact Check

While informative, there were a number of concerning errors or misleading statements which I felt took away from the authenticity of the training. Overstating and overselling are not necessary when there are so many legitimate studies and proven benefits to discuss.

Sylvotherapy

I loved this course. The training was definitely much more entailed than just connecting with nature through a walk in the woods. This was a perfect combination of science and spirituality. I learned so much and am excited not only to lead groups to connect deeply with themselves in connection to our natural world but to apply the techniques of connecting to plants, trees and the forest allowing deeper transformation within my own personal practice. I’m also looking forward to practice indoor sylvotherapy at home and with clients.

Enlightening

I had never heard of forest bathing or sylvotherapy until I saw an ad for this class. My interest was piqued as I had recently purchased mountain property. Now I understand why I feel so good when I am there. I have been practicing these sylvotherapy principles when I go there and am feeling so much more in tune with nature and have noticed much stress reduction. Thank you for this class.
