I loved the course, Module 6 or 7, i can remember now, the audio does not match the PDF, its for a different course, I wrote into customer service, but never received a response. the information from the pdf was still great!

amazing course, i love how you can take it at your own pace. i took so many notes and i know that this course has given me vital information that i can directly apply to my career in forest therapy. I would take another course with alma oasis for sure!!!

Was very enriching and a good start!

I enjoyed learning all about sylvotherapy, from the history and origin, to the basics of leading sessions. I would say the only thing I wish there was more of would be guiding sessions. I would have loved to learn a bit more about what a session should actually look like. This was included to some degree in the course, but could definitely have benefited from more in-depth examples and explanations. That being said, I feel prepared to start branching out and making use of this certification!

Practical and Easy to Follow

The course information is thorough and well-planned. The material is easy to access and review. A few bits about social media platforms could be tweaked to update the infomation there, but overall, and enjoyable learning experience.

While I found the course to be informative, the computer-generated voice became very monotonous, and it had extreme difficulty with the pronunciation of many of the Latin plant names. Maybe including some vids of people would increase the connectivity with the group.

The courseware is extremely difficult to use

I would’ve thought by now there would be a much more glamorous way to present material. Rather than videos, you basically get an e-book with an audio track and there’s no way to keep them in sync. Every time you have to stop the audio, you lose your place in the e-book. There’s also no way to hot-key through the material or skip to pages - for instance, to find the place where you stopped last time. So every time you start a session, you have to find where you were in the ebook, restart the audiotape and play it back to the place where you left off. This is absolutely moronic in the year 2026. (Also, the person who voiced the recordings mispronounces words at an alarming rate, including scientific terms that are quite germane to the course.) Had I realized that the material was not presented as videos, I would not have signed up for this class. The e-books are terribly thorough, however, and have great information. It’s a shame that they can’t figure out a modern way to present it.

Great course - however, do think the format of how to answer the questions when writing can be written in so many ways, and gives doubt if it is written in the 100% correct format - ei. when looking at the suggested answer, and comparing it to my own, mine are not wrong but just written differently, so makes me doubt if I will succeed the tests based on different possibilitites. Besides that, a good course and thank you.
