This is time consuming but you will certainly gain from it!
It was very clear that this entire thing was created by AI. At least I hope it was. It was disjointed and non-sensical. The questions and answers sometimes had no relation to the text. If you're going to use AI at least hire someone to edit and review the text and make sure it is intelligent and informative.

I was expecting more details for specific diets, foods and conditions. This was very generalized.
In my opinion too much technicalities, too little practical applications. If I wanted an introduction to Neurosciences i could have just bought a book knowing that there are 26 synapses sizes helps me be a better coach how exactly ?
