Positive curiosity

I am enjoying the style of the content. I like the platform, it's easy to use and structured. I can deeply resonate with the main messages, although at some points in the scripts I had the feeling that the coach is doing not coaching but consulting and mentoring.

Neurosciene Module 01 - 03

With my background who is not psychologist nor biology-scientist --> I found difficulties in undertsanding the content as well to remind some terminologist that very scientific. However, I am going to run this neuroscience modules through hopefully will give me an enlightment for my personal needs and my role as a coach.

I really enjoyed taking this course and it provided me with everything I needed to have a deeper understanding of our brains and how they function. It will help me to engage more in an effective way to help clients understand how their brains work in conjunction with the things they will be working on to better themselves, their bodies and their brain.
