I have always been a tree-hugger. I am also a retired massage therapist and I write haiku and other Japanese poetic forms. I live on a wooded lots about a mile from a state park. I was destined for this course. I learned so much and can't wait to share the benefits of sylvotherapy with others.
I learned so much and validateds so many of my beliefs with scientific facts. This was one of my favorite courses ever. I was learning what I love AND now am equipped to share it with the world!

I am an artist, writer, and practitioner whose work centers around presence, connection, and our relationship with the natural world. I enrolled in the Sylvotherapy Practitioner Certification because I wanted to deepen my understanding of the relationship between people, trees, plants, and forest environments. I found the course both fascinating and expansive. I especially enjoyed learning about phytoncides, forest biology, tree and plant properties, and the many different ways sylvotherapy can be practiced. The course gave me new knowledge that I can incorporate into my existing work while also inspiring ideas for future nature-based offerings. I finished the course feeling even more curious about the relationship between people and the environments we inhabit, and I am excited to continue learning.
I really enjoyed the Sylvotherapy practioner course with many valuable resources and learning styles to suit my needs. I really did not the depth of the power of nature, trees, plants and the effects it has on the human organsim! Highly reccomend this course!
Initial lesson seemed daunting as I was unable to retain all the information, it took me a couple of attempts to complete, but rest of the course was easier. I liked th audio and the text as it helped me learn better.
it has taken much longer than expected however the content was of a very high standard and that was fantastic
