Ikigai Coaching Content

I consistently look for new courses to further my education. Ikigai has always intrigued me and thought, "Why not?!" I've been in the process of launching a Mindfulness business, but felt like I was missing a piece to get up and running. After this course's first module, I realized I'd found it. This was my missing piece and the entire process was a joy. I recommend it to anyone interested in the concepts of Ikigai!

The course has been extremely user friendly and easy to understand. The best part is stopping to reflect on key points and how it applies to one's own life, it is truly life enhancing.

could be improved

The course is super informative and helpful, but there are things that could be improved. The audio does not have any markings, and it's just a narration of the text, which is hard to follow during the written activities. The quizzes at the end of the module ask questions that are supposed to be multiple choice, but the only option is to write a paragraph response.
