This course helped me identify different herbs and I could use instead of over the counter medications. I think that getting away from pharmaceuticals with all their unidentified health risks is an important step I need to take.

I learned so much more about this than I thought I would and I realized how intricate Sylvotherapy truly is. I feel very equipped to host my own sessions with clients. Highly recommend. Go slow, contemplate the lessons, and do the exercises to immerse yourself in the sylvotherapy world.
I am an Army veteran, who has attended SERE. There were plenty of things here I already knew, but hey, even I learned some new stuff. Pretty good course, just make sure you do field work with it to be fully prepared

Wow! I loved this course so so much! It covered all areas of ocean therapy, and, as someone who is not a psychologist, I found it incredibly informative and thought-provoking whilst still manageable to follow.
