I am the grandmother of a wonderful 2 1/2 year old autistic boy and I wanted to complete this certification to help guide and support him. I learned so much and so grateful I stumbled upon efficient coach.
I would loved the course and how in-depth it was. The videos were my favorite. I would suggest that you review the written material for errors. There were at least 4 that I found while reading the materials. Thank you for an incredible experience.

My experience with the grief counselling course has been very positive and meaningful. The course has given me a much deeper understanding of grief and has shown me that grief is not a simple, linear process. I have learned to recognize the emotional, physical, spiritual, cultural, relational, and existential dimensions of grief. The modules have also helped me develop practical skills for supporting grieving clients, including deep listening, grounding, somatic approaches, narrative work, rituals, meaning-making, and creating safe spaces for clients to express their grief in their own way. One of the most valuable parts of the course has been learning about practitioner presence and self-care. Understanding engaged neutrality, shadow work, compassion fatigue, burnout, boundaries, and reflective practice has helped me recognize the importance of looking after myself while supporting others. The course has increased my confidence as a grief support practitioner and has encouraged me to approach each client's grief with compassion, cultural sensitivity, patience, and without judgment. I feel that I have gained both knowledge and practical tools that I can carry forward into my work with grieving individuals and families.

The last 29 years, i have taken many trainings on trauma informed care and the human healing care. The certification has made me look deeper into my own personal needs to better understand best practices and share it with the community.
Just completed the course. I feel proud of my accomplishment, but I also really enjoyed the course and the content it provided. Will sign up for more classes in the future.
