Easy to understand, but complex content. The authors stick to a very concrete, practical level.
Gathered a lot of knowledge and ideas from the course. Ii is interesting to see that incorporating the correct art therapy exercises can be used to gain deeper insights into the hidden emotions for further growth and healing.
