So far as I reach the half way point of my Positive Psychology course, I can say I have thoroughly enjoyed it, The accessibility of the course being online and self paced has worked extremely well for me, moulding it into my current lifestyle and enjoying the content so much!
The context was very helpful. Clear and concise. Really enjoyed learning about it. The fact that it is an online self-paced course, it is ideal for working professionals.
The course is a good insight to health and wellness so I have gained more knowledge to use for the transformational program that I am going to be promoting as part of the business.
