I absolutely loved the course. The material is easy to consume and understand. It gave me a great understanding of how to managing a balanced and healthy lifestyle and provided me with helpful guidelines on how to use my knowledge to coach and guide other people as well. -Jana Venter
Good
A good portion of this course I will not be able to use because I am not a licensed doctor, and I can't prescribe medications. I did appreciate the modules pertaining to education, business, memory, and learning.
Will definitely recommend to others. Lots of useful information.
It is almost about NLP not about sleep coaching.
Well designed, clear, informative, supportive, interesting, enlightening and Quiz's a great add on.
fresh and fulfilling
