This was a great course to take! It was very well organized and had a lot of information!
I found this course a little overwhelming to begin with, there are a lot of moving parts to the brain!!!! But once I settled in to it, I found the content to be really informative, helpful and easy to digest. Would recommend to anyone wanting to expand their minds!!

This course was very detailed, providing both the academic information to fuel a coach's ability, and practical techniques to implement with clients. While it lacked a step by step on how to start and continue coaching as a business, it comes with a separate course that focuses on that aspect. All in all, I am very satisfied with this course.
This was a great course that had relatable examples and assignments making it easier to understand.
This was a free course I got with a paid one... honestly I learnt so much more from this one! Thank you .
