So far, the experience I've had with these modules is that they are interesting in touching on the basics but very, very, very vague and do not provide much in the way of actual in depth understanding of techniques.
The course had some good information but lacked human connection that is crucial for coaching. Without active participation of live instructors and the opportunity to practice coaching skills within the program, graduates may be unprepared to coach paying clients. Since I've been a certified coach for more than 20 years I can just add this to my offerings but don't think this course would be sufficient on it's own to become a successful ADHD coach.
Pros:

lots of information about ADHD and strategies to help clients
unit tests to help you process what you're learning
exam was multiple choice
Cons:
no live instructor involved or ADHD experts credited for course design, could be completely AI generated
lack of opportunity to practice skills
parts were repetitive so hard to stay engaged at times
resources were generic (eg Intake questions were all about relationships even though I took the ADHD course)
I have made my way through module #3 and I feel the information has been valuable. I am a trained spiritual director so looking how coaching differs in some ways but also the similaritites has been very interesting. So I am enjoying he experience so far.
It's difficult to stay engaged with the content when the audio is so mono-tone. The courses seem to follow an outline but sometimes diverge and things aren't always in places that make sense for the overall module. The modules are extremely repetitive which makes it difficult to ascertain the differences.
I would like to have had a lot more focus on Ikigai, longevity and the term itself, but the course focuses A LOT on how to become a coach. Building a strategy for content, commercialization, making money, being of service - which is great. But unfortunately it felt very long, and I would've liked to have more focus on the Ikigai part, especially since I disagreed with a lot of the business stuff they mention.
ALOT of reading, no video content, and takes along time to complete a module. There is alot of repetitive content throughout which is at times very unnecessary. Content is valuable. Too many exercises to complete.
Interesting and providing a lot of techniques, some repetitions
The content is offering great guidance step-by-step on how to conduct a session and gives many methods, however sometimes content feel repetitive. The quizzes are also often repeating questions from earlier chapters, which may be good to refresh your memory, but it could be more efficient to have a mix of closed and open-ended questions, with open answers more focused on the current module.
