The Art Life Coach certification was wonderful. It gave so much useful information which I was able to complete at my own pace.
I have been following the carnivore lifestyle since November 2024. As a NASM Personal Trainer and nutrition coach, I wanted to find a carnivore health coach course!! I am so happy that I did. The course was very informative, and the website is easy to navigate through. I will definitely be going through more courses through Efficient Coach.

I especially appreciated the focus on sensory-aware design, trauma-aware coaching, and values-aligned practice building, which left me feeling not just more knowledgeable, but more grounded, confident, and equipped to support neurodivergent clients in a truly affirming way.
I have looked a many programs and this is the best! Easy to understand, extremely well written. I love that it's there is so much dialogue to help you in different scenarios. It's great!
I learned about areas of working with dyslexic clients that are not taught in courses that teach multisensory instruction. The information made me a more well-rounded educator.
It was an enriching course developing my skills consistently throughout the course with the various modules presented.
Great course
Although I thoroughly enjoyed the course, I found that I could not find reference in the modules to several of the questions in the exam. Although I felt the answers were obvious on those, I like to always make sure, but all in all a good course
