Excellent course with a a dearth of helpful content
The course addresses a wide array of challenges, strengths and techniques associated with managing ADHD symptoms and profiles. The one criticism I would have is that it appears not to be written by a person who has ADHD. Sometimes the structure of modules is confusing, and content is repeated in a different context, leading to some confusion and difficulty in retaining the information. Similarly, the exam had several multipart answers, which required multiple re-reads and they could have been written in a more neuro-friendly manner with specific regard to visual presentation.
Enjoying the course so far. I like when there is dialogue type discussions between coach and client. It helps me to visualize coaching someone through that process.
I am happy with the course and feel that it was a reasonable investment. I have learned many strategies that I will be able to bring into my personal and professional lives and, of course, into coaching should I pursue that in the future.
This course has given me clarity, confidence, and practical tools for positive parenting. The learning is simple, impactful, and easy to apply in real life. I feel more aligned and confident in my journey as a Positive Parenting Coach.
