The course was very informative by going step by step with a strong strategic plan. The plan provide examples to complete the picture of how the plan works.

I love the way its structured this Positive Psychology course, it has a lot of interesting data and its fully connected to resent researchs. I love the examples and exersices that we have access trough the course. Its a great combination betweem theory and practice.
