Website is pretty slow. But content is good.
Course itself is veri informative. Where disappointment set in was that my country and currency are not listed.Feel it's unfair to do a course on how to conduct professional business and then must look incompetent by listing my practice under another country nd currency. Support could not give me an eta as to when it will be done either.
The course was good. My reservation is that the information is great but there wasn't enough or anything on how to be a coach. Nothing about how to use this new found knowledge.
Woukd prefer printed charts
It's very dry and just a lot of reading. But I would learn and retain the information if the delivery of the information was more engaging.
hello, every time i set the language to 'English', it jumps back to 'French'. Can this be fixed please? I think you should also review the test questions as quite a few of them are very vague and can be answered in lots of different ways.
The information is very valuable and well structured. The methodology is not very engaging. Just reading the PDF and answering the quiz. Some video would help been more engaing.
still a lot of theory, too little practical techniques for coaches
The content is good and valuable; the quizzes are ambiguous and not particularly helpful or clear. This has been true throughout this module.
I find the content reddendum. and could have more details mostly when it come to colors definitions and interpretation,
The information provided is very detailed, but it is written very scientifically and can be overwhelming and hard to follow at times. The quizzes at the end of the chapters are made up of vague open-ended questions that can be frustrating if you expect to get answer them "correctly." In the end, I expect to gain the knowledge I expected, but it will take multiple other study processes to get me there.
The modules gets around many important aspects of transformational coaching, and the journey feels thought-through. Many golden nuggets are included in the theory and descriptions. The dialogue-based learning is awesome and gives insight into how the coaching session might be conducted. What is lacking are alternatives to client challenges/problems/goals as mainly one example is given per theme.
It seems a bit manipulative considering the intentions behind the ikigai philosophy
The course is super informative and helpful, but there are things that could be improved. The audio does not have any markings, and it's just a narration of the text, which is hard to follow during the written activities. The quizzes at the end of the module ask questions that are supposed to be multiple choice, but the only option is to write a paragraph response.
A lot of concepts that could be better explained with diagrams and better structure
I absolutely love the modules and how realistic they are for the learner, BUT I have a significant issue with the male-centered content. Module #10 of the Life Coach Certification stated, "Here’s one thing you should be clear on. In this program, we typically refer to clients in the generic masculine terminology. However, when it comes to dealing with these different types of people, know that none of these characteristics are necessarily gender-specific. Both men and women seek to fill their needs through similar methods at certain levels of development." I find this problematic because it adapts its programming to restrictive ideologies within Western thought while taking some of its principles from other diverse cultural philosophies that do not adhere to binary systems. This should be addressed.
