This course was very informative and well-structured. I learned a lot about naturopathy, holistic health, nutrition, emotional centers, stress management, detoxification, aromatherapy, Bach flower therapy, gemmotherapy, and other natural approaches. The modules were clear and practical, and the quizzes helped me review the key points. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience and helped me better understand the connection between body, mind, emotions, and natural health practices.
Really enjoyed it. Some of the case studies have different names and if you not focused you might just lose concentration by trying to see where the voice is at.
It was informative and easy to understand. I would recommend it for professionals who has been working with children, as it is very theoretical. Overall a good experience and most importantly self-paced.
