I found this Past Life Regression course to be highly insightful and engaging, as it provided both theoretical knowledge and practical techniques for understanding the subconscious mind and emotional healing. The modules were well-structured and easy to follow, allowing me to gradually build my understanding from foundational concepts to more advanced practices such as chakra healing, ancestral trauma, and karma resolution. I particularly appreciated learning about how unresolved emotions and patterns can influence present behaviour, as this helped deepen my awareness of personal growth and therapeutic approaches. The course also helped me develop important skills such as active listening, maintaining a non-judgmental attitude, and understanding the importance of professional boundaries in therapy. The practical scripts and guided techniques were very useful, as they gave me confidence in applying these methods in real-life situations. In addition, the emphasis on self-awareness and practicing the techniques personally allowed me to better understand the client’s experience. Completing my Assisted Equine Therapy certification has been one of the most meaningful and transformational experiences of my life.
