I understand that this is basically an introductory course, and so there are going to be various methods and techniques that it doesn't cover in depth. But I do wish it went into more specific techniques. Also, when I started the course, it was marked as 8 modules. But when I got to #8, there were suddenly 10. Module 8 didn't match what I had initially downloaded. On the final test, the vast majority of the questions were not covered in the modules that it said they were from. I passed, but it didn't give the answers, so I'm not sure if I missed any, or which ones.
while the course contains a lot of information, the format might not be very engaging, the ai voices and the lack of visual material makes it a little unengaging, the formats of the modules are a little repetitive, and the quizzes test your knowledge to memorize terminologies rather than being more discussion based. (some Ai courses include discussion bots rather than flat answers that copy material from the course)
There is not enough information in the module to answer the questions accurately. For example, when making a recommendation on amounts of food to feed, we have not learned that information. Likewise, we have not learned ingredients and which foods contain certain vitamins and nutrients. How would we know amounts of food and food types to feed a dog when dogs can weigh 4 lbs to 150 lbs and we do not know the ingredients in the foods.
The course was ok but i really felt the information could have included videos, diagrams and other formats to make the course interesting. The modules all look the same and found i lost interest at times. I also misunderstood that there would be interaction with a tutor and other people who are interested in the same field, but the forums didnt really cover biohacking. On a positive note, i learnt some good information and happy to add this certificate to my list
Great information and modules. The test was a little tricky, and one of the questions had mistakes, which made it hard to determine the correct answer.
Nu efter att ha läst hela kursen skulle jag ge den en 2:a eller 3:a. Jag gav den en 3:a då jag tycker att jag fick lite tips och ideér från kursen som jag kan ha nytta av, men skulle nog inte använda den som något bevis för att man är en bra coach. Jag gick kursen för egen utveckling och inte för att bli coach, men tyvärr måste jag säga att jag kanske inte blev så mycket klokare på hur jag ska få tag i min intuition även om det beskrevs hur man skulle göra. Sådant som beskrevs har jag provat många gånger på egen hand tidigare och tyvärr inte gett någon utdelning. Jag hade förhoppningen att kursen skulle komma med något nytt. Kan dock meddela att jag har testat en hel del innan, så kanske får kursen högre betyg av någon som inte läst så mycket tidigare. Jag är glad att jag testade i alla fall, även om jag hade mycket större förhoppningar.
Positivt:
- En del tips på hur man kommer åt sin intuition (även om det inte hjälper mig i dagsläget...kanske behövs mer tid?)
Negativt:
- Väldigt väldigt väldigt mycket upprepningar i varje modul (är det skrivet av en människa eller AI? behöver inte vara fel i sig men...)
- Lite rörigt och ryckigt
- Allt som skrivs (modeller etc.) är inte så tydligt beskrivet utan nämns bara
- Inte optimal kurs för personlig utveckling tycker jag. Mer för om du vill bli coach....men som sagt jag skulle inte själv hänga upp diplomet på väggen och starta en business. Krävs lite mer utbildning och tester då tycker jag.
