The Forest Therapy training covers a wide range of information on all the different aspects and benefits of sylvotherapy. I have been practicing forest bathing for many years without knowing all the science and health benefits it provides. Quite Easy, Good information

The course is quite easy, everything contained within the course materials, no outside research required. No additional projects or papers to write. Assessments are short answer and multiple choice with immediate computer generated feedback. The ability to make corrections is available, so the pressure to be accurate, while for efficiency is strong, is not anxiety inducing.
