I was particularly pleased to find out that the course details and recommends the use of technology for ADHD management. I am autistic and ADHD and the use of technologies are crucial for my day to day life. And yes, I am able to disconnect from it too. Apart from that, there are a lot of information about the coaching activities, path and business development.

i struggle with having a complete hour to do my coursework , because if i have to cut it short time wise , and i get back on it in another day , the model i was working on gos back to the beginning , it would be nice to freeze the audio , so when i get back on it is in the same place ,
