A good refresher
As a behavioral scientist, I appreciate this module’s clear and concise review of child development—it’s a crucial base for coaching parents effectively. I’d love to see more real-life scenarios showing how developmental theories explain children’s behavior and guide how we support their evolving needs. So far, so good!

Easy to learn
I like that the lessons can be read to you. I have a hard time focusing unless I'm moving around so listening while I'm cleaning makes it really easy to absorb the information.

Poor customer service
I sent an email asking what could I do, since i couldnt change my password. And I forgot what was it. Wasnt getting the "forgot my password" email. So I couldnt start the course until one week latter when it finally arrived to my inbox. Never got a response from customer service
