A Beautiful Gateway into the World of Art Life Coaching

I absolutely loved this course. It opened my eyes to new techniques like painting mandalas and understanding their visual metaphor, which I found both fascinating and therapeutic. I’m especially excited to explore more about colour psychology and how culture shapes our interpretation of colour — it’s sparked a real curiosity in me. Well structured with good pacing content. Each chapter blends the anatomy/physiology along with the cognitive aspects, which enables to correlate well on the neuroscience aspects.
