Don't like the structure or quizzes. It is very challenging to understand.

I would not recommend this course about Positive Psychology because it is very challenging to understand, the course format is disjointed, and the quizzes are all open answer format. You don't really know if you are answering the questions correctly or not. I am not getting out of the course what I feel I should be. I think the course should be restructured. The only positive things about the course is the session guidance to go through and some of the exercises/questionnaires.

i would recoment it to everybody, you have to be good at English though because that was the only thing that made it a bit harder because i had to converse it to dutch constantly and that made it a bit more difficult in the exams. but as i said...great course and i learned a lot of new skills that i did not have or did not use before

El curso es muy específico pero eso no demerita la información que contiene. Trae a mi parecer los temas fundamentales y permite que uno ahonde en el tema hasta donde uno quiera pero brinda la información necesaria para aprender las bases de la psicología positiva. Además tiene ejemplos y ejercicios prácticos.
