Naturalistico’s Grief Coach Certification was a very meaningful and well-structured course. The lessons were clear and easy to follow, and I liked that it was self-paced so I could study in my own time. The course explains grief in a holistic and trauma-informed way, not just from theory but also through real and practical tools. I learned how neuroscience, somatic practices, psychology, ritual, and coaching all work together to support people in grief. Excellent course, cognitively challenging, interesting and comprehensive content. This course is a great one to start with as a way to provoke deep thinking about the nervous system and how it impacts how humans live, learn and experience life. This course has sparked my love for learning.

Great information

I am learning things that are often portrayed as the opposite of a great diet. I am surprised that meat is mentioned so rarely. There goes the Carnovore Diet theory.
