Ayurveda course
I have found this course really useful for someone studying Ayurveda for the first time. The content are easy to follow through and I love learning the information from this course. I have already made changes in my lifestyle after studying it to test it and it's still an ongoing process. University and Post graduate course in 1!
Having been able to go through the first 3 modules made me recall the concepts I have learned in my Psychology course twinned with the Early Childhood Education subjects I took for post graduate. The modules are positioned just right and it has a practical application for each of the theory discussed. I may not be working as a therapist but this gives me an advantage when I go back to the classroom with my students considering that some of them may carry issues from the house that needs to be addressed.
