C'est un sujet complexe et j'ai du faire beaucoup de recherches complémentaires pour m'approprier le sujet. Il devrait y avoir du contenu différent en fonction de l'objectif : accompagnement enfant, adulte, senior, professionnel... Le contenu est un peu lourd et peu digeste.
