e pense que c'est une formation qui s'adresse plus particulièrement à des personnes ayant déjà une solide base en psychothérapie ou en psychologie. Je pense aussi que ce qui manque, c'est le "comment", c'est-à-dire qu'on nous dit souvent ce qu'il faut faire, mais rarement comment le faire. Par exemple, on nous parle de faire des exercices pour traiter ou approfondir tel ou tel aspect avec notre client, mais sans nous préciser quels exercices utiliser ni comment les mettre en œuvre. Et ça, je pense que c'est quelque chose qui manque vraiment. Mais peut-être justement parce qu'il faut avoir une bonne base de psychothérapeute avant de suivre cette formation, qui reste très intéressante tout de même.
