Empowering course

The Functional Genomics and Nutrition course has clearly demonstrated the connection between our body's physiology and the food we consume. This course will help me expand Courage Against Cancer's scope by assisting people in improving their gut health, which will improve their cancer treatment outcomes.

This course was easy to move through. It provided a lot of new information. The test questions at the end were more scenario based than the questions at the end of each module.

Though I struggle with ADHD and Anxiety from many of my own negative experiences, I feel I am able to shift my perspective through this course and turn my negative thinking into positive outcomes through the exercises. I can visualize how I will be helping others down the road, and transmuting negative thoughts becomes effortless, as I work through this course. It's fitting into my life swimmingly.
