Kinesiology Course Review

This course has been such a valuable journey for me. It helped me understand the human body in a much deeper way—not only through the philosophy of Chinese Medicine, which I was already familiar with, but also by giving me the chance to dive into it on a whole new level. Through the spirit of Touch for Health and kinesiology, I’ve discovered tools and perspectives that I know will stay with me. The Wheel of Emotions and Brain Gym really stood out for me, as well as The PACE Method, the muscle tests, the acupressure correction techniques, reflex points, and neuro-lymphatic points. These are incredible tools that I can apply right away, giving me not only better diagnostic insight but also more effective therapeutic results. The kinesiology session examples were also extremely helpful—they brought the techniques to life and showed me exactly how to integrate them in practice.
