I found this coaching session to be much more in depth and practical than I anticipated for the price point. I am a seasoned professional with 3 college degrees and found myself not only learning new materials and resources but also stretching my vocabulary as well. This is not a high-level over-view. It is both informative and practice forming.

This course opens up so much knowledge or review of all the tools- means and ways a health practitioner or trainer can teach their clients about health and how to get their health on optimal capacity.

For less technical personal view point

Technically+structurally a bit unclear. A map at the end about the structure of the webpage+curriculum+options would be nice. For example: there is a chance to rewrite my answers or there is a choice to learn with quizzes after each chapter etc
