Very good course!
It was well balanced between lecturing and activities. What was extra fun was the way it guided me thourgh a Ikigai journey while doing it, great to experience that "client" perspective. Many insights and are ready to go!

ADHD coach course - Mostly good - a little bit of work needed!
Negatives first 1) some times it seems like they havent met someone with adhd! So many suggestions of homework and keeping daily logs! 2) Seems to be designed for people who already have a client base - so some of the exercises are not possible 3) no one has checked the layout - page breaks are in very awkward places - a few hours working on this would have made all the difference. 4)Woke - painful to get through some of the wokeness, between telling me that if I have a client of another ethnicity i need to not only read up on their culture but should attend webinars on it and volunteer in their community - how is that a good business model... then dont even start me on the "they" instead of "he" crap! Positives Such a shame about the above as other than this it really is a great course.

ADHD Course
This ADHD course was well-structured, informative, and highly practical. The content was presented clearly and balanced evidence-based insights with actionable strategies that could be applied immediately in daily life. I particularly appreciated the instructor’s engaging delivery and the course’s realistic approach to managing focus, productivity, and emotional regulation. The material was accessible without oversimplifying the challenges associated with ADHD. Overall, the course provided valuable tools, a stronger understanding of ADHD, and practical guidance to better assist and coach individuals with ADHD. I would confidently recommend it to anyone seeking professional or personal insight into the condition.

Great Content, Unclear Roadmap
I recently completed this neuroscience certification and overall I found the content very interesting and valuable. Many concepts became clearer and more meaningful by the end of the program, and I appreciated the depth and quality of the material. That said, it took me quite a while to complete. Part of this was because the course is extensive and at times felt a bit dry, but also because I sometimes struggled to understand the purpose or practical relevance of certain modules while going through them. I think the program would benefit from setting clearer expectations from the beginning — specifically explaining what learners will be able to understand, apply, or do after completing the certification. Having a clearer roadmap and stronger connections between modules would make the learning experience more engaging and motivating throughout. Overall, it was a worthwhile and intellectually enriching course, with room for improvement in structure, guidance, and learner orientation.

Functional Genomics & Nutrition Coach
This program was a very good review of many health-related genes and how to coach individuals to leverage all that they can learn about their bodies. I've gone through several programs in genomics, epigenetics, methylation and nutrigenomics and I found this certification to be worth the time.

Supporting neurodivergent clients
I’ve realized that my coaching practice isn't just about what I know—it’s about how I show up. After completing this certification, I’m shifting away from the old medical model of "fixing" people and moving toward being a "barrier architect" who helps clients design lives that fit their unique brains. I’m looking forward to bringing these core pillars into my work: Embracing Authenticity: I’m learning to stop masking. By sharing my own experiences and being honest about my process, I can model the self-trust and boundaries I want my clients to have. It feels more human to say, "I’m still figuring this out," than to pretend I have all the answers. Designing for the Brain: I’m now focused on sensory-aware onboarding and flexible tools. Whether it's visual schedules or asynchronous options like voice notes, I want my practice to be accessible from the very first minute. Harnessing Strengths: Instead of focusing on what my clients can't do, I'm building "Competence Portfolios" to highlight their natural strengths—like pattern recognition or hyperfocus—giving them an anchor to hold onto when they’re feeling stuck. Regulated Presence: I’ve realized that my own nervous system is a tool. By incorporating pre-session breathing and movement routines, I can enter our sessions grounded and ready to co-regulate, making our space a truly safe place for my clients to unmask. I’m moving away from rigid, one-size-fits-all agendas. My goal is to build a practice where my clients don't just survive in neurotypical systems but actually thrive because they’ve built a life that honors their rhythm. It’s about resonance, not polish—and I can’t wait to start.
