Excellent course by far
As a practitioner with women's health experience, especially in weight loss, this course offers a different way of having a conversation at 3 different stages of their life: perimenopause, menopause, and post menopause, each of which brings its own challenges with weight loss. I would highly recommend this course to anyone wanting to expand their experience in women's health.
