I signed up to the course for personal development and I think it was really good. I don't think it would be enough as a stand alone to actually start coaching other people though.

Informative and Simple
I love how inclusive and informative this course is. You can take it at your own pace and it really covers everything you need to know without having to scour the internet. It helps you understand your own trauma while also becoming certified to help others. .

Hade önskat visuella hjälpmedel i form av video
Ingen kursledare. Endast text i form av pdf, audio (ai förmodligen) och du går vidare genom att besvara fler svars frågor. Inlärning och den form av quiz känns en aning föråldrad ... Vet inte om jag tycker att själva frågorna hjälpte mig att minnas det jag läste i kursmaterialet. Själva materialet var helt ok. En ok bas att stå på men skulle inte förlita mig på endast denna information. Nu blir det att gräva vidare.
