excellent course

My intention is not to open a pracctice but to interface with my "clients" more effectively. I am a paramedic with certifications in Mental Health Resilience Officer and a certified Peer Support Specialist. My EMS Agency has an outreach program and we deala lot with families of deceased patients. This course has greratly increased my awareness, skill set and comfort level in these situations.
