What is nature therapy?
The evidence is in: time in natural environments measurably lowers stress, improves mood and restores attention. Nature therapy turns that effect into structured practice — guided sessions in forests, by water and in gardens, designed for therapeutic benefit rather than left to chance.
These certifications train you to design and lead that work safely: the research, the session structures, the risk management, and the craft of helping people actually arrive in the landscape they're standing in.

01 Which course should I start with?
The Sylvotherapy Practitioner Certification is the classic entry — forest bathing is the most established and most requested nature-therapy practice. If water or gardens call you more, start there.
02 Do I need outdoor qualifications?
The courses cover the therapeutic practice; depending on your country and setting, leading groups outdoors may also require local first-aid or guiding requirements — worth checking for your region.
03 Are the certifications accredited?
Yes — Naturalistico courses are accredited by internationally recognised bodies including IPHM, CMA, CPD Excellence, NCCAP and ICAHP.
04 Are the courses self-paced?
