Informative and Practical ADHD Coaching Course

My experience with the course has been very positive. The lessons were informative and practical, and I learned a lot about ADHD, executive functioning, emotional regulation, coaching strategies, and cultural sensitivity. I also appreciated how the concepts were connected to real-life coaching situations, which made the course easier to understand and apply.

Easy to follow and understand

It has lots of tools to learn how to coach clients with ADHD, and I'm excited to get things started on where this will lead to!

Verbose

The content was valuable, but the course was considerably more verbose than necessary, which increased learner fatigue. It would benefit from being more concise and focused, particularly given the subject matter. I would also have appreciated more recent research and up-to-date citations throughout.
